Each location will require no more than 8mins jog inbetween and stops at each sites take approx 5mins
Run begins at 11am in Blackheath and ends in Blackheath at approx 12.30pm
Some jogging experience required: general level is beginner/intermediate
Please bring you’re own water if needed
